Another thread presented the same kind of premise when a mobile vendor hadn't (and may possible never) upgrade their software for some or all of their older devices and the examples continue. To Office '2013 when Act '2013 does not support it. Not a matter of how many people would upgrade to Office '2013 in this instance but how many people using Act '2013 would upgrade To factor such things as cost (assuming there is any ability to make any corrections) versus the number of people actually impacted. As for "taking a beating", also important Reality is that one company can't be "all things to all people". Those impacted by any vendor seem to feel that it is always up to MS to resolve everything. If not, then reply and we will be glad to assist you further.Īs for the rest, that's a discussion with no conclusion.

On my other computers, this worked perfectly. It needs to give me the option for ACT address book, but it won't. I then click the option for a local address book and it displays the Types. In Outlook, I go to Accounts, Address Books, and select New. On two synced computers ( my grab and go team ) without any problem, but on my main computer I can't get it. The need is to create a link in Outlook to the ACT address book. On one computer only ( the main one of course ), the ACT add in is not working correctly. I have Outlook 2013 installed, and ACT 2013 SP 1 installed.
